This role is responsible for providing ownership and SME knowledge of Kronos application with the IT HR portfolio.
Responsible for ensuring operational excellence, application architecture, application planning, application compliance, providing training for the applications within your domain.
Responsibility to continuously improve the processes that exist along with the team members.
This position will be part of an IT HR team and will need to collaborate with other Global teams (e.g. Middleware, DMT, AMS, product vendor), therefore collaboration skills are critical.
Also, this role will need to collaborate the work done by the vendor supporting the application.
Functional Solution Management : 60%
Report to Application Owner and get involved with strategy, operations, compliance & education and support tasks
Provide functional support to Global users along with support team. Need to validate the solution provided to critical issues and also ensure best approach is been used.
Responsible for Design and Architecture and work with AMS Vendor and Kronos for all requests and provide Analysis and come with best practices.
Incident Management : Ensure support team completes 100% of the support activity using ITIL incident management process and other Cargill tools and processes.
This includes contact with end-users.
Have in-depth knowledge of Kronos Time and Attendance module and assist and drive the Global Kronos 8.1 upgrade.
Monitor gap analysis and recommend solution.
Work with Global Stake holders BRM and provide needed updates etc.
Change Management : 20%
Follow Cargill’s change management process and use the appropriate tools to ensure changes into Production environment are properly tested and approved.
Application Life Cycle : Ensures application’s health and keeps us current with vendor patches and hot fixes, ensuring high availability of the supported application.
Ensure application’s compliance with Cargill’s Risk and Controls policies, procedures and requirements as well as external requirements and applicable laws / legislations.
Perform root cause analysis, implementation of permanent fixes.
Vendor Management : 20%
To ensure deliverables from Vendors are within the agreed Service level agreements.
Help vendor team deal with Cargill processes and guide them as needed.
Bachelor’s Degree in IT and relevant experience in technology specifically Success Factors application implementation and support
3 + years’ experience with application support of Kronos
3 + years’ experience with Kronos Implementation and Support.
Knowledge of Kronos Integration with ADP and other payroll systems is a plus.
Knowledge Kronos Cloud 8.1 and Dell Boomi knowledge a plus.
Ability to work with the Vendor partners to achieve shared goals.
Experience working in a virtual team
Experience in application lifecycle management
Advanced English level
Understanding of the application data flow across modules.
Understanding of integrations to third party
Should be driving to succeed and the ability to dig into problems that may be outside of their direct expertise.
