Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair of the building and facilities.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the company’s equipment, building(s) and grounds that minimizes interruptions in operations and ensures employee safety.
Manages maintenance budget and develops programs to extend equipment life, reliability and safe operation.
Also, responsible for the efforts to meet or exceed all local EHS&S goals, by implementing policies and procedures in alignment with corporate mandates.
MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)
maintains strict rodent and pest control.
hazardous waste and universal waste (batteries and lamps). Keep log of all expenditures. Sign all manifests.
