NXP Business Line Advanced Analog (BL AA) is a leader in automotive, industrial, IoT and mobile semiconductor solutions.
BL AA Central Marketing is responsible for deploying go to market strategies globally to increase our market share in collaboration with the BL AA Product Lines, NXP Sales teams and Distribution Network.
We are currently looking for a person with a strong technical background in analog systems and software.
Job Summary :
The Vertical Marketing Manager will play a leading role in the global central marketing team of the Business Unit Advanced Analog, working very closely with product managers, engineering leads, global sales teams as well as BL leadership to help create most successful global marketing strategies to win at customers from the targeted automotive and transportation applications.
With a strong focus on system solution definition and enablement, ecosystem development and cross Business-Line collaboration, the candidate will focus on the following goals :
Define BL AA vertical strategy with AA Product Lines on automotive & transportation markets by positioning PL products properly in this vertical
Engage with other NXP Business Lines to coordinate strategy and marketing plans. Position AA products with other BLs focused system solutions
Identify system solution proposal with supporting business case analysis
Create System Solutions Roadmaps for focus application areas and push for timely execution and completion
Collect and provide market information and trend insights to the Product Lines
Define comprehensive Go-to-market support needs required to maximize success and customer wins in target segment
Influence product line roadmap and propose new NPIs to the PL
Develop and propose ecosystem partners to enhance and support our automotive strategy including strategic IDH partners
Support Marcom activities to propagate our vertical message via our NXP marcom teams
Engage with lead customers to promote and validate our system solution proposals
Communicate and train global Regional Marketing teams on our vertical strategy and Go-To-Market plans
Maintain vertical product presentation including system level block diagrams
Document and share success stories to global RMM / GSM teams
Support strategic engagement with distribution partners aligned with our vertical strategy
Identify and engage with disruptive supply chain new players / IDH in the strategic focused vertical markets.
Your Profile :
Mastery of product and technology innovation, marketing, positioning, customer-focus, content creation and execution
Background and industry expertise in automotive with technical knowledge on semiconductors, preferably analog, power, and mixed signal technology and products.
Ability to think and plan globally, but execute locally within key regions, understanding critical marketing, product, and segment details
Proven analytical skillset
Excellent communication skills - internally and with external parties (customers, partners, )
Strong desire to keep learning, natural curiosity with broad interest and knowledge in the business
Creative, outside the box thinker / visionary willing to develop new paths and improve established ways of working
