Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Create and manage reports to optimize team performance

Negotiate favorable price, delivery, terms and shipping with vendors.

Perform follow-up on overdue purchase orders and communicate with internal customers when material will arrive.

Execute reschedule of material as needed.

Work with internal customers to clarify requirements.

Work with accounts payable to resolve any invoice disputes.

Process all vendor returns in an efficient and timely fashion.

Assist Buyers with tasks as assigned.
