Role Responsibilities

  • Manages a variety of benefit programs, vendors and policies.
  • Responsible for ongoing competitive analysis of benefits programs assigned and initiating proposals for enhancement in design, administration and cost efficiency
  • Ensured compliance with all mandatory / statutory regulations for all programs and policies under management
  • Provides on boarding support for benefits for new hires based on country needs
  • Supports other team members on the management of other benefits programs serves as a back-up when other team members are absent from work
  • Manage local Broker / Third Part Administrators / Carrier relationships
  • Provide eligibility maintenance for employee benefit administrative systems and benefits websites
  • Partner with country payroll to resolve benefit pay matters and discrepancies
  • Manage employee escalations for benefits assistance
  • Invoice processing and management for assigned programs
