Specific Requirements : Position Overview
TheT&E Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day Operations of 15-20Associates. He / She will provide an oversight on all shared services operationsincluding service delivery, operational effectiveness, business process review,continuous improvement activities and staff coaching.
The T&E Team Leadwill foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensuresdelivery of timely, quality services to internal customers and meets servicelevel agreements.
Leads a team of employeesresponsible for audit expense reports, managing Corporate Card administration,Payment runs and accounting of expenses.
Provides guidance to assure highproductivity, managing the expense reports queues and cases volumes.
Act as a resource to the team toassist with complex transactions, escalated issues, and customer requests.
Participates in monitoring teamperformance regards to customer satisfaction, MAGIC scores, quality caseaudits, financial and physical resources, and performance statistics to ensureadequacy of department efforts and develop corrective actions as required.
Participates in implementingservice level agreements (productivity standards) and monitoring to ensureShared Services objectives and service targets are met and support the needs ofthe business.
Supports the T&E RegionalManager and Associates in service delivery matters.
Performs root cause and solutionanalysis and carry out implementation of process improvements within the teamor processes managed in the T&E Service Line.
Supports the maintenance ofprocedures / processes to ensure adherence to security policies, domestic andinternational standards, government regulations, and legal requirements.
Supervises team scheduleadherence and exceptions such as : vacations requests, medical leaves, lateness,justify & unjustified absences among others.
All team exceptions should bealigned and informed to the T&E Regional Manager.
Reports in a timely manner allteam payroll incidences such as Overtime, holidays worked, vacations etc.
Supervises the compliance of theWork From Home Policy.
Required Knowledge / Skills, Education and Experience :
High proficiency in reading,writing, and speaking English, Spanish.
HS diploma or equivalentrequired. 1-2 years of vocation / technical training or an Associates degree maybe required. Specialized skill training / certification may be required.
Demonstrates leading-edge orextensive knowledge in a specialty area and of tasks and responsibilities.
Typically, 2+ years of successfulexperience in area of responsibility and successful demonstration of KeyResponsibilities and Knowledge as presented above.
In depth knowledge of Travel& Expenses procedures and operational transactions.
Expert / High knowledge of SAP andConcur.
Experience in continuousimprovement, including technology upgrades and implementation.
Demonstrated knowledge of qualitysupport.
Provide general guidance toothers and train lower level employees.
Excellent people skills andsensitivity to intercultural issues.
Direction of Others :
Typically supervises hourlyand / or non-exempt administrative or technical employees.
Represents the organization as aprime internal contact and possibly a key external contact.
May provide expert advice,training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower levelemployees.
