Adobe Systems seeks a Strategy & Analytics Manager to join the Digital Media Customer Experience team. The group enables success and drives accountability for all aspects of the Digital Media business.
They focus on knowing what impacts customer engagement and retention as well as driving value growth. Put simply, this role is responsible for answering : What is going on?
What should we do? This role will be focused on identifying drivers of customer engagement and retention, specifically around B2C or individual customers.
You will :
Monitor business performance by analyzing data using Excel, SQL, Tableau and PowerBi
Define and prioritize which opportunities we should pursue to increase customer engagement and retention and grow the business
Partner with Finance, Product & Marketing team to build quarterly plans for delivering your targets
Use data to drive plans : work with analysts and planners to perform analysis and drive decisions on opportunities and program effectiveness
Build the strategies and plans to exceed annual and quarterly sales targets
Be a leader and a champion we’re in a transformation; there will be many bumps and scrapes- You will keep your partners excited and motivated to drive investment in your priorities
Proactively identify and mitigate issues and potential obstacles to your business objectives
Maintain strong communication with worldwide peers and stake-holders to represent their needs in your planning here at headquarters, and ensure that the impact of strategies, programs and improvements will help deliver our regional revenue goals
What you need to succeed :
Advanced skill in SQL- experience joining data sets to drive analytics
Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau
Experience in defining a business problem, collecting required data, analyzing the results and synthesizing a compelling argument
Proven history of providing actionable and impactful insights from a complex dataset
Expertise in using business analytics and sales data to drive decisions and identify opportunities for improvement, and to validate the success of key program changes / enhancements.
Superb conceptual thinking and problem-solving at all levels, ability to formulate a plan and desire to drive that plan through to completion.
5+ years of analytics experience preferably in the field of e-commerce, strategy, or management consulting. MS in Analytics or similar degree preferred
A solid sense of self and a great sense of humor.
Willingness and desire to lead and build new things.
The desire and ability to advocate radical change and present supporting facts and data to back up your position.
Bonus Points :
Analytics experience in engagement & retention or customer sales analysis strongly preferred : Renewal, Churn, Upsell, Expansion, Cross Sell, Life Time Value
Experience in subscription business models or credit card processing optimization
Experience with Hadoop
