DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Participate in the design and lead the delivery of several Learning and Development initiative such as language development programs, skills development programs and others.
Follow up the current budget assigned to HR to ensure expenses are within the forecast and participate in the creation and execution of future budgets.
In charge of the Compensation processes, such like Salary Increases, Benefits review, Bonus calculation at the time that generate alignment with different stakeholders within the organization.
Participate and support in activities organized by HR and coordinate Social Responsibility initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor’s in administration, Human Resources or Industrial Engineer.
2+ years leading Learning and Development programs.
Knowledge in compensation processes.
Bilingual Spanish-English (advance B2+) required
Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot table, conditional formulas)
Data Analysis Skills to propose actions based on information.
Strong Communication and training Skills.
Ability to influence without authority to peers, leaders and stakeholders.
Ability to work with multiple priorities at the same time.
