Responsibilities

Execute / Lead Software Development projects based on required technologies.

Participate in workshops to identify how processes can be transformed through internal software solutions.

Evaluate and design the solution proposal for the client.

Maintain control and follow-up of the projects executed or proposed.

Provide mentoring space to share knowledge and guide the rest of the team.

Work independently and manage the project until its completion.

Accompany the process of incorporation of new team members.
