You are responsible for

Information on assignments is not always complete and leaves some scope for own interpretation; Makes own choice of approach and chooses from known solutions based upon technical knowledge.
The existing procedures give direction on critical points and indicate a processing sequence. Duration of assignments vary from a few days to a week.
Completes work with limited degree of supervision.
Detailed and multi-tasked oriented, able to work under minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of HVAC not a must for a junior technician, compressed air, vacuum pumps, plumbing, electrical, wiring, painting, civil works, locksmith is a plus.
Able to shift attention promptly to address priorities / handle multiple functions simultaneously.
Ordained person, able to analyze and apply simple but effective solutions.
This person could be a technical perfectionist.
This person needs to follow the quality regulations of the company.
May performs a number of dissimilar tasks. Has an operational role.
Mayperforms tasks of a dissimilar nature.
Check daily and repair according with procedures any situation with the cleanrooms and the rest of the facilities.
Additional functions may be essential as designated by the Facilities Supervisor.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Advancedengineering studies in a related field such as maintenance, electromecanics, electronics, etc may be acceptable or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field.
Requires an Electromechanical or electrical technician of a technical institution or equivalent training.
Adequate combination of educational background and / or experience in Medical Companies to effectively perform self training.
Desirable less than 3years facility technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
Desirable basicto intermediate English level
Desirable demonstrated knowledge and understanding of GMPs, FDA regulations, Quality System Regulations (QSR), ISO 13485 requirements and Japan regulations.
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel)
