The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing accounts payable invoices for goods and services necessary for the basic operation of Uniform Advantage Brands.
This will be a remote work assignment supporting US Operations.
Essential Functions :
Perform Accounts Payable Duties, mainly the invoice matching process in Microsoft AX
Verify discrepancies and resolve vendor billing issues
Communicate with our Purchasing department regarding price discrepancies.
Communicate with the Warehouse department regarding shortages.
Electronically file invoices
Other duties and projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable Manager
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Word, Windows
Knowledge of Accounting Software Microsoft AX preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and project
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities
Understands the need for data integrity and attention to detail
Effective verbal and written communication skills
