They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

HR SOLUTIONS PARTNER III
Responsible to manage a geographically-based HR professional services organization, focused on providing HR services to managers and employees, through the develop and implementation of update methodologies, in such matter that the Company count with the most qualified human resources, according to the expansion strategies of TE Connectivity Medical
Key responsibilities include :
Partners with management within a designated geographic region to analyze and prioritize the critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR actions.
Coordinates with other HR functions to effectively manage the successful delivery of HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the geographic region.
Proposes and implements HR guidelines and procedures for designated geographic region within broad TE principles and policies to meet requirements supporting short- and long-term business needs.
Works with managers to identify HR issues / problems and provides counsel and support in finding solutions. Serves as a facilitator / mediator to resolve problems, difficulties and grievances which are presented by individual employees.
May recommend appropriate measures such as training, reassignment, transfer or out-placement.
Ensures compliance of TE’s practices with applicable labor legislation and collective labor agreements. Provides advice to managers and ensures uniform interpretation of Labor laws.
Secures professional legal support from internal or external legal counsel as required.
Investigates and evaluates union complaints or disputes to determine viability.
Represents the position of TE during arbitration and other labor negotiations.
Coaches team members in the application of TEOA principles and tools to continuously improve HR processes and services.
May provide oversight, expertise and support on mergers and acquisitions in the designated geographic region
Manages, evaluates and develops a team of HR managers / professionals to ensure that TE’s HR strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets.
Manages annual department plan and budget.
Required Qualifications and Experience :
Bachelor degree or above in HR or related field (Major preferred)
Experience in a financial shared service / manufacturing center supporting multiple countries / business units.
English language to 90% speaking and writing (C1)
Excellent computer skills. Specially in MS Office (Excel).
Must possess substantial knowledge of applicable local employment laws and practices.
Administration of compensation, organizational development.
Experience in Recruiting and selection of personnel
Training system implantation.
Ability to develop motivational programs, effective presentations, numeric analysis, conciliate, flexible, generate changes
Proficiency with SuccessFactors / Workday
Knowledge and Soft Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, written and verbal.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a teamwork environment and under pressure.
