The HR SR Executive will be responsible for employee life cycle for the associates in Costa Rica (and Colombia, depending on the bandwidth).

The person will carry out the following activities : Onboarding :

  • Support rebadging processes (documentation, onboarding, welcome, etc.)
  • Conduct a facility Tour to New Joiners
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation Session for New Joiner
  • Assist in Employee ID / Email Activation to new joiners
  • Keep NHO deck updated
  • Keep NHO game updated on Kahoo.it
  • Send onboarding to new joiners email after NHO
  • Complete Employer section of Life Insurance enrollment form
  • Deliver Life Insurance Enrollment Form to PALIG Communications and Public Affairs :
  • Create and send internal communications (birthdays, anniversaries, AFZ updates, national holidays, etc.)
  • Participate in Client Visits
  • Provide HR information during RFI / RFP
  • Update Yammer Groups and Be.Cognizant site
  • Represent Cognizant Talent management internally and externally (CINDE, AFZ, Clients meetings) Culture and Work Environment :
  • Promote C-Pulse participation
  • Implement Corporate initiatives such as Outreach, Diversity & Inclusion, Go Green, etc.
  • Partner with BU and corporate functions to create engagement activities
  • Internal Policies Creation and communication
  • Coach BUs leaders on Human Resources topics (labor reforms, process, etc.)
  • Conduct internal trainings on required aspects
  • Implement Cognizant Programs such as Cognizant25 or different specific initiatives
  • Represent Talent Management for employee queries about different topics
  • Celebration Fund planning and executingPerformance Management :
  • Track and follow-up compliance with Quarterly Deliverables and Check-In, and YEA Processes
  • Submit Promotion Request for BU / Talent Management Leadership Approvals
  • Partnership with Compensation and Payroll Team in order to complete Promotion Process
  • CCA assistance (role tagging, skill profiling, RDPs, etc.)
  • Partner with Compensation Team during Salary Revisions and Performance Incentive
  • Assist HR Compliance / Corporate Security Team during internal investigations
  • Create and deliver Disciplinary Actions requested by Business Units Administrative and HR Operations
  • Keep updated Employee Data Base Excel File
  • Certificate with original signature Employee Salary / Experience letters
  • Provide approval for Payroll (including account incentives)
  • Maintain physical personal file storage
  • Maintain Talent Management shared drive updated with information
  • Absence management : completing and signing inabilities from CCSS and INS for payment
  • Sign Immigration Letters as Cognizant representative
  • Share Monthly Engagement Reports to HR Operations
  • Reports and presentation creations as required
  • Provide information about Payroll and Legal aspects of the country Exit Procedure
  • Send Exit Questionnaire to employees during Exit Process
  • Deliver Final Settlement, Paycheck and Labor Relationship Termination Certificate Letter for FCL to former employees
  • Support ramp-down of operations (documentation, coordination, communications, etc.)
