We’re seeking an Agent Database Administrator 1, based inour Santa Ana, Costa Rica office . This position’s primary responsibility is toreview / analyze / organize GDD packets from different regions, will also performdata entry as part of their job.

Keepthe integrity of working documents and needs to be adhere to regulatoryrequirements, good communication skills are needed to communicate back todifferent stakeholders when documents are not complete or are incorrectcorrect.

In addition, you will : Actively participate with data consistencyverification processes’ in order to ensure database integrity, provide ideas toimprove currently available departmental processes and tools Qualifications

What you will need to succeed (requiered) :

  • Prior experience in shared services.
  • Fully bilingual English / Spanish. B2
  • High School Diploma.
  • Manage Document Adhering to regulatoryrequirements.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to handle several high-risk tasks atthe same time (Multi- tasking).
  • Able to work independently and in a teamenvironment
  • Procedure oriented (Ability to followinstructions and procedures).
  • Quality oriented. Ability to contribute tobuild an environment of continuous improvement.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Excellent oral and written communicationsskills.
