This position will have responsibility to support Offer Owners and Sales by leading preparation of offer documentation consistent with programs and initiatives to help meet Power & Water Solutions strategic growth objectives.
Lead offer document layout, table of contents, and integration activities for offer requests
Collaboration with Proposals teams in the development and production of custom, high-quality customer offers
Extensive management of RFP and pre-qualification requests, often using online customer or third-party qualification systems to support commercial operations / contract negotiations, safety department / OSHA, quality, and finance / banking requirements
Coordination with SMEs, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, Safety, and Security for input and appropriate reviews
Developing and producing customized material, including executive summaries, project team organizational charts, customer references, and experience lists for priority pursuits to ensure perfect execution of projects
Collection and aggregation of final offer documentation in specified electronic formats
Directing production of printed offers with the PWS Business Center to ensure on-time delivery of offers
Ensuring that offers highlight the Emerson experience relative to the pursuit, including up-to-date technology descriptions and reinforcement of the PWS / Emerson benefit message
Maintain detailed knowledge of Emerson's policies, style guides, and strategies.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, or equivalent- 3 -5 years of experience in a proposal positions, working with offers, review of documents and communication.- Advanced English level
