What you'll Do

  • Champion Product Led Growth to drive B2B Growth & Expansion (CCX for Individuals & Teams, Substance, CC Free) and work across various functions Core Product teams, Data Science, GTM, Research, UX / UI Design, Marketing Insights, and Product Marketing Management, to deliver business experiences at scale.
  • Be a data driven product leader - Partner with our data science team, master engagement and usage analytics, diagnose the health of the engagement funnel from onboarding to active / repeat use, run deep cohort analysis, use marketing & research data to find opportunities and define a growth strategy for our business segment of users to impact retention.
  • Lead the growth charter and build near and long-term test & experience roadmap. Bring ideas to execution, turn into concrete insights & measure at scale.
  • Be able to effectively communicate across the organization and represent the team at various platforms with Business Leaders and executives.
  • Bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable sustainable results across Adobe’s Creative Cloud business.
  • What is needed to succeed

  • You pride yourself on having a good sense of humor and enjoy working within a small, but close-knit team.
  • Have empathy and passion for customers in creative fields and in Business organizations. A passion for improving how people work and enabling them to be successful at every stage of the customer journey.
  • You have a great intuition for business and the ability to drive complex projects forward with cross-functional teams.
  • Be very analytical and have the ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You like to get into the weeds and understand the mechanics of how things work.
  • Ability to look at products and experiences and be able to optimize in both the short and long term for user success
  • Experience & Education :

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working in Growth, A / B testing, or experimentation.
  • Proven growth impact creating and completing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to drive revenue and increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • A proven track record of working with design teams to optimize and create product experiences that deliver user value in the shortest amount of time.
  • Product management experience working in the Creative space.
