About the Role :
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on-the-job training or project performed by university senior students at a company.
The role will include activities provide the Portal / IT Tools Maintenance Specialist is the technical liaison to GBS PTP and ensures viability and connectivity of all supported tools for internal and external GBS PTP customers.
The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
Your Responsibilities Include :
Ensure viability and connectivity of global service center tools
Work with GBS PTP and validate that all supported tools are functional and accessible to global service center and customers
Support Supplier connectivity to, training and issue resolution on Procurement Portal
Perform technical support, event setup and supplier connectivity for e-sourcing events
Support Procurement Portal content / Catalogue update process and Data Extraction
Validate and clarify all content update requests
Ensure content is updated and all relevant stakeholders are notified
Provide extraction or consultation for data extraction for analytical requests and reports
Monitor tool usage / compliance and general activities
Monitor supplier behavior to ensure supplier meet technical requirements for e-sourcing
Set up system applications
Maintain system integrity for global service center tools and applications
Provide Help Desk support for applications
Escalate issues to Content and IT Management Lead
Support the vision and continuous improvement for GBS organization and driving performance and cost improvements through standardized processes, systems and best practices.
What We’re Looking For :
At least 60% of studies completed in Bussiness Administration, Industrial Engineer or Related Field.
English Level required : B1+ : (61% - 70%)
Desirable knowledge in : Strong communication and collaboration skills, Strong planning skills; prioritizes work efficiently, and ability to meet deadlines, Able to work independently and in cross-
functional and technical teams within the organization
Avaible for a temporary position(12 months).
