The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible to identify, define, develop and constantly review quality standards throughout the operational processes of the OTC department.

This person will outline procedures and processes to ensure they promote a accuracy and quality that is adequate to the company standards.

Responsibilities : 10% - Outline quality assurance policies and procedures5% - Design inspection and quality process. Create and maintain role SOP.

80% - Perform quality checks, interpret quality assurance standards. Document quality assurance activities. Analyse non-compliance issues and report to Leadership team.

Gather and organize statistical quality Data. Inspect data to detect areas for improvement. Elaborate recommend and oversee improvement actions.

Detect coaching needs. Provide support to management on topics related to internal or external audit5% - Participate on leadership meetings in order to provide updates on progress or challenges
