Education : Associate Degree preferred, or equivalent experience as determined by the Sr. Director, Aviation; aircraft manufacturers approved initial and recurrent training programs on specific Adobe aircraft type(s) preferred.
Licenses : FAA Inspection Authorization preferred; FAA Airframe and Power Plant license required; must have the ability to obtain an airport access badge with driving privileges and travel to international destinations.
Five (5) to eight (8) years of demonstrated ability as an Airframe & Powerplant Technician required for the Aircraft Maintenance Technician role.
More than eight (8) years of proven ability as an Airframe & Powerplant Technician required for the Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician role.
Highly experienced in FAA FAR Part 91 operations with Advanced technical knowledge in aircraft systems. Experience in maintaining corporate aircraft, specifically Gulfstream aircraft, required.
Well-developed troubleshooting skills and capability of solving complex technical issues with limited supervision required.
Capable of identifying and implementing process improvements. Collaborate and function effectively in a team environment.
Strong project management and training skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
