Job Description : Role & Responsibilities Contact 60,90, -Day past due customers through a predictive dialer and account Portfolio.

Create Service Orders, Adjustments, Reconciliation of accounts and Obtain payment through a courtesy call Confirm or create Tickets for Customer deliveries Document activity on customer's account Requirements % English language Domain, proven Verbal and writing Skills Highschool Diploma degree Microsoft Office Basic domain (Excel, Word and Outlook) Contact Center oriented / Business previous experience Goal Focus oriented / Exceptional attitude What we Offer Stability and strong work environment Competitive Salary and monthly Performance Bonus program Career development and Grow opportunities Work Schedule : Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
