This candidate will carry out the administration of projects of the technology department and its sub departments (Design, programming and quality control) where he will perform tasks of coordination between teams, customer service and administrative tasks.
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams ( design, QA, development) in order to create, execute and measure digital projects and maintenance (UX UI proposal, websites, emails, landing pages, apps)
Manage the comunication with the client.
Identify business opportunities and coordinate a proposal.
Ensure the fulfillment of the brand strategy.
Objective, brief, requierments and experience keeper.
Keep an updated status of projects, manage resources and identify blockers to avoid delays on the deadlines.
Manage the billing process regarding the budget.
Create documentations, tickets, reports and other administrative tasks.
Tech Requirements :
3-5+ years of experience on projects in software development and design.
Been able to work under presure, resilience, ownership, accountability.
Microsoft Office high skills : Excel, Word, PPT (Keynote for mac)
Agile certifications or experience (Scrum- sixsigma, etc)
Experience in Jira management or similar programs
