The marketing analyst is responsible for analyzing market segments to assess the potential of positioning the Bosch Portfolio.
This critical role is also responsible for implementing the local Sales plan according to the company strategy.
General Job Responsibilities
Design and validate the commercial strategy for Bosch in Costa Rica.
Deliver accurate insight and identify areas of opportunity to drive improvements / developments.
Coordinate or support the design and implementations of customer surveys and analysis of the results.
Follow and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
Identify and create new contracts and diversify service portfolios.
Monitor competitor activity to feed into future planning
Develop pricing structures and risk assessments for new services to lead commercial efforts.
Lead the marketing strategy and brand positioning for Bosch Service Solutions in the region LA-N and support in NA
Identify business opportunities and validate new entry segments for Bosch Costa Rica.
Perform other functions related to the position.
Monitor market insights, identify trends and customer expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing and sales positions.
Expertise in Google Analytics and MS Excel
Experience in a business services center or similar shared service center is a plus.
English level B2+ / C1
Proven participation on nearshore sales for the NA region on the area of BPO
