AIM OF THE ROLE
Manage all language activities and quality on account(s). Ensure timely delivery of language services and execution of tasks with expected quality.
Provide linguistic quality assurance and management, with focus on quality management. Provide assistance and training to colleagues, vendors and clients.
Provide linguistic consulting to clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES
Responsible for all language activities and quality (usually multilingual) an account (client, client entity or group of small clients).
Monitors and coaches the Linguists working on this account.
Provides Language management for large, complex and / or global projects and may lead a team on a specific project.
Performing other tasks which are crucial for projects to run properly according to instructions of the Manager / Team Leader;
in particular timely performance of duties defined for other positions.
