Snap Finance is seeking a dedicated Manager in the Collections department! We are looking to strengthen our dynamic, growing team.

The primary responsibilities of this position require effective communication with all team members, leadership shown among your peers, organizational skills displayed, and ability to motivate and inspire.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Acting as a point of reference for Collections team members, Team Leads, and Supervisors
  • Managing day to day operations for 1 to 2 units (Team members, Leads, Supervisor)
  • Creating and executing department recognition and motivation tasks
  • Directing Supervisors and Team Leads in their daily tasks of coaching, training, and other general people leadership duties
  • Developing Supervisors and Team Leads to become exceptional people leaders
  • Taking the lead on Performance counseling duties for assigned unit(s)
  • Process Management duties as assigned
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
  • Requirements

  • The ability to manage and complete multiple tasks at one time
  • Must have collection experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively to team members, verbally and written
  • At least 1-year Manager or Supervisor experience, with 12 or more direct reports
  • The ability to organize and run meetings, trainings, and huddles
  • Proficient with using computer systems : Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet Applications
