disciplined organization, active in the Process Control Industry.

To assist Project Managers in the decision-making process by providing reports of project financial aspects.

Responsibilities

  • To provide planning and controlling support for multi-projects and develop forecasts using information gathered from the various engineering / industry centers and Tools.
  • Work closely with Project Manager(s) and Support areas to set-up, implement and follow-up projects forecast analysis.
  • To provide business level information and specific reports to local Management to facilitate organizational planning.
  • Provide on a regular basis financial level information to the Project Manager(s) on project status and financial assets such as (budgets, invoicing, inventory, sales etc.)
  • To provide support in the procurement process, working closely to Project Managers / Engineers and buyers to ensure efficiency in the buyouts requisitions
  • Manage Buyouts acquisitions, control and track status / pricing / requirements.
  • Ensure buyouts are delivered on time.

  • Track inventory and invoicing periodically to ensure healthy cash flow in projects and Business Unit.Requirements Bachelor in Industrial engineering or Business administration 0-
  • 1 years' experience in a planning role or any supporting role in execution, purchasing and / or supply chain experience is also applicable.

    Working knowledge of Scheduling tools, and / or Microsoft Project, other tools will be considered, Oracle is desire.

    Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, Excel, Visio, Power Point.

    Interpersonal and written / oral communication skills Financial Analysis capabilities.

    High Database management (manipulate and analyze data)
