Job Purpose :
The Integrated Close Adjustment and Reporting Team Lead will a have deep involvement in all technical aspects of the teams’ day to day operations and additionally will have active participation in the team’s administrative tasks.

a.Second line of defense on Risk and Control Items
b.Ensure Operational Activities are controlled and run smoothly
c.Support Supervisor in all FRO pillar
d.Ensure proper lines of communication.
Ensure Proper Controls are in place to make the daily operation as safe and risk free as possible.
Ensure all Month End tasks are delivered on time and with proper data integrity
Ensure all Adjustments comply with the Adjustment Directive
Main point of contact for operational sub team
c.First point of escalation
Knowledge / Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economy, accounting or equivalent work experience.
5-8 years of working experience in Finance / Accounting or related area.
Fluent in English both oral and written since the analyst will require to have constant calls with English native speakers who doesn’t speak Spanish.
Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint); MS Excel advanced level is preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge and experience in accounting and finance functions.
Pearl knowledge is a plus
