You can now join our team of 8+ Business Analysts, located in Costa Rica. You will work within the Renewals Sales Operations, a worldwide organization providing global support to our Renewals Sales Organization on Reporting, Pipeline management, Forecasting, Opportunity Identification / Creation and Territory alignment.
About The Role
As a Reporting Business Analyst your main responsibility will be to provide metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions by high level executives within the organization.
You will also be asked to participate in other activities, such as improvement projects, solutions testing, ad-hoc analytics and report optimization.
Job Role and Responsibility :
As a business analyst :
You will provide support to Sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; building and publishing business facing performance reports.
You will gain an in depth understanding of our business, that will support you improving reporting and analytics in accordance with our business needs.
You will support Renewals Sales in their pipeline efforts. This could include the creation of opportunities, opportunity management and opportunity closure.
You will collaborate on multiple business meetings and projects to enable the sales organization.
You will act as owner of data accuracy and reporting, representing our organization with Finance, Sales and other teams, as required.
You will deliver key performance indicators that will help in measuring success within the Sales Business
Required Skills : You will need :
You will need :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering / Computer Science / or related field.
3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, and / or data visualization; capable of generating reports from multiple platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with data analytics and modelling applications, to analyse your findings and provide suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
Promote open, constructive and collaborative relations with managers and peers, have ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time and take care of conflicting priorities.
Knowledge of key Sales processes like Sales Planning, Quota Setting, Sales Forecasting, Territory Planning, Sales Commissions, and / or Quoting.
Willingness to learn new technologies on reporting, while capable to adjusting to our dynamic environment, is deeply valuable.
Knowledge in BI Platforms as SAP (BOBJ), Tableau and Sales Force Reporting, as well as VBA for Application with emphasis on Excel Macros, is a plus.
