Job Description Summary

Accountable to plan, review and test financial back office operational output (OTC, RtR , StP) regarding GBSO service and support delivery.

The Quality Analyst will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to highlight operational deficiencies in order to validate SSC standard approaches.

Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate output testing activities

Produce weekly plan in-conjunction with manager.

Adhere to timelines and schedules for timely completing.

Track progress with team utilizing online software.

Test output using detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Update test plans if process flow changes.

Coordinate test cases with functional teams.

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track deviations.

Manage weekly deviation log.

Find trends in errors for input to Operational efficiency group.

Coordinate with Operational Excellence team on deviation findings.

Review current work instruction documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback on quality and process flow documentation.

Manage monthly cycle to validate work instructions against observed processes.

Update documentation when required to keep them current.

Perform user acceptance testing for system changes and ensure the meet specified goals for GBSO SSC projects.


Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration or industrial engineering (preferred).


  • Multi-lingual (Fluent English and Spanish).
  • At least 2 years of direct Financial shared service center experience in process as : AP, AR and RTR.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the area of financial shared services quality analytics, process output testing or similar administrative duties.
  • General working knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools and processes.
  • Familiar with customer focused processes, tools and concepts.
  • Proficient user of basic office applications (Word, Power Point and Outlook) specifically advance in Microsoft Excel (Experience in Macros).
  • SAP User knowledge would be required.
  • Be able to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Have positive customer service attitude.
  • Effective oral and written communications to internal and external customers.
  • Understand and attend to detail (without getting stuck in the weeds), enthusiastic, assertive, enjoying working in a multicultural environment.
