The opportunity

Adobe is building its first Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition Programs team focused on University Talent! As our University D&I Programs Coordinator, you will attract, champion, and drive engagement with emerging talent from a wide variety of diversity-focused institutions to build long-lasting partnerships and alliances with our brand and core values.

In this role, you will ensure talent marketing and operational excellence is achieved and execute the external communications program development and strategy as well as serve as program coordinator for the team.

This role will work with University Talent, D&I Engagement Managers, Talent Marketing, and the D&I Program Manager on key candidate marketing and engagement initiatives.

You will drive the development of content to generate a pipeline of candidate leads and referrals. This person will also manage the content strategy for webinars, thought diversity pieces, and candidate focused social and blog content.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain an external communication model to be used for all partner universities, partners, and programs
  • Advocate and promote Adobe as the employer of choice to underrepresented talent through events, conferences, campus activities, etc.
  • Partner with our Talent Marketing team to create a captivating "Keep in Touch Program"
  • Assess early needs for the Talent Engagement Manager and D&I Talent Program Manager and strategically build new initiatives
  • Generate quarterly engagement and / or communication event progress updates in partnership with University Talent, D&I Talent Engagement Specialist, and the University D&I Program Manager
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Partnership experience working closely with HBCU, HSI and Tribal Colleges highly preferred
  • 1+ years of experience recruitment coordination
  • 1+ years of experience in talent operations
  • Experience in communication strategy, corporate communications, and / or talent marketing is highly preferred
  • Experience using office tools : SharePoint and Excel (required); Adobe Spark, Splashthat, and Slack (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience of web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (strongly preferred), Google Analytics, or Core Metrics is a plus!
  • Adept proficiency in use of a CRM (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.), Linkedln Recruiter, Handshake, Piazza, or Jumpstart
  • Operational excellence and solid attention to detail
