Adobe is building its first Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition Programs team focused on University Talent! As our University D&I Programs Coordinator, you will attract, champion, and drive engagement with emerging talent from a wide variety of diversity-focused institutions to build long-lasting partnerships and alliances with our brand and core values.
In this role, you will ensure talent marketing and operational excellence is achieved and execute the external communications program development and strategy as well as serve as program coordinator for the team.
This role will work with University Talent, D&I Engagement Managers, Talent Marketing, and the D&I Program Manager on key candidate marketing and engagement initiatives.
You will drive the development of content to generate a pipeline of candidate leads and referrals. This person will also manage the content strategy for webinars, thought diversity pieces, and candidate focused social and blog content.
