Language Required : English, Qualifications

Minimum of 2 year college degree; or equivalent work experience

Minimum one year of proven administrative experience, or equivalent experience

Ability to take direction as provided by the Lead Admin or directly by the Testing Manager

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office, advanced proficiency with Outlook and Excel

Demonstrated ability to learn new web-based programs quickly

Demonstrated ability to work in a rapidly changing environment

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

Positive attitude and proven work ethic

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, Some College

  • Serves as the primary contact for all clients during the test scheduling process
  • Documents no show / cancellation information for scheduled tests in the system
  • Ensures that candidate testing data in the scheduling portal is correct, complete and timely
  • Oversees the scheduling of candidates with Testers for all LLA live and etesting
  • Maintains timely communication with sales representatives and clients regarding pricing information, scheduling inquiries, portal troubleshooting, reports, etc, by responding to calls, voicemails and emails
  • Actively communicates with testers about testing and training needs and assigns respective logouts
  • Ensures that test results are submitted to clients in a timely manner
  • Provides reporting to external clients
  • Works closely Testing Manager and Project Manager
