The Mortgage Analyst Specialist representative is responsible for getting information to help individuals applying for a Mortgage loan in the United States.
Work the credit report pulled by the financial institution selected by the individual, and updated as needed / requested by the Financial Institution.
The Mortgage Analyst Specialist representative must reach the creditors needs, either by inbound or outbound calls in United States as well as overseas in order to get the updated information requested by our client.
Duties and Responsibilities
Research customer requests for disputed items, duplicate, collection and outdated information, in addition to any other specific items requested by the client.
Utilize various prescribed methods to obtain current information.
Call creditors, interview borrowers when necessary, contact landlords for rental verifications and / or contact the client when necessary.
Handle inbound calls which could include customers, consumers or trade references.
Contribute to the service improvement efforts of the team.
Must have interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
Must possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding and high growth environment.
Must be a fast learner person.
Must be customer satisfaction oriented.
Requirements and / or Experience
Successful Call Center experience.
95% Bilingual English Spanish
Excellent English oral and written communication skills are a must (C1).
Basic Computer skills Knowledge.
Schedule flexibility to work extended hours.
