The primary role of the Service Acceptance team is to work with the Application Subject Matter Experts and Monitoring team to ensure flawless transition to production happens by providing validations and testing of key areas and functionalities including infrastructure components, database and applications.
Responsibilities :
Ensure project team understands the Service Validation process.
Validate infrastructure, database, application comply with standards.
Validation of alerts, documents and procedures required to perform normal operations.
Simulation of error handling with real operations procedures to restore the service.
Ensure Pen testing and vulnerability testing has been performed.
Create test cases for validation and the break fix strategy.
Perform validation testing to ensure requirements are met.
Train support teams as applicable.
