Evolve and create new business opportunities while driving existing initiatives using QTI technology including wireless connectivity, compute, artificial intelligence, and security in an IoT centric B2B XaaS based delivery model.
This role will require strategic go-to-market as well as customer centric design thinking. You will develop novel engagement models using Qualcomm technologies and create financial forecasts and business case for the proposed approach.
This may include partnerships, revenue share and / or recurring revenue service plays, as a priority over hardware sales.
The role will evaluate and recommend business models and monetization strategies in delivering XaaS
Your experience as an API owner, its marketing, and its approach to promote both the best developer and user experiences possible will be highly desirable in this role.
This includes everything from beautiful documentation to basic outreach, from error codes to code distribution everything should be designed to help build a community.
Experience with API design technologies, including Open API Specification and GraphQL will be highly desirable.
You will be gathering information and deliver roadmaps to customers; have a good understanding of requirement analysis as well as iterative and agile development processes
Bachelors in Business Administration or Computer Science
5+ year’s experience in building new business, ideally in B2B SaaS delivery within industrial and / or consumer IoT segments
Ability to travel as necessary
An MBA or a Master’s in Computer Science
Consulting background and / or familiarity with deploying end to end B2B SaaS solutions across multiple IIOT segments
Data analytics, big data architectures experience
Experience with defining UX and system requirements for microservices and event driven service platforms will be instrumental.
Excellent written and verbal communication ability in addition to creative problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating effectively with a wide variety of internal stakeholders and external partners.
Self-starter with the ability to build a network within the organization and to manage deadlines / priorities with limited guidance.
