What You’ll Do
Monitored and maintained complex security / audit requirements for Global Dispute applications utilizing project management skills.
Monitor weekly security scan report, submit the necessary tickets to remediate and assign to the technical team
Send communication and provide a weekly status
Create ServiceNow ticket / incident ticket and Jira tickets as needed
Work closely with the Production Owner, Scrum team and technical team to address the remediation activity
Manage all aspects of various projects of a moderately complex nature and / or small size initiatives.
Assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project.
Identify critical capabilities, project resources, budgets and critical path issues and reports to project sponsors / project team.
Ensure project activities and timelines as well as budgets are met.
Leverage project management methodology and expertise for project planning, resource management, system / technology / validation, testing and implementation planning.
Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
Engage technical team as needed to complete assigned tasks
Manage decommission activity on legacy platform
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
1-3 years of Infrastructure and Security / Compliance PM experience
3-5 years experience as Technical Project Manager
1+ year of experience in Cloud environment (AWS and / or GCP)
1 year of experience On-prem and legacy infrastructure
1-3 years of experience with Agile process
1-3 years of experience with Jira and Confluence
Extra Points for any of the Following
Technical degree desirable (examples : IT, MIS, CS, etc..) vs. liberal arts, unless resource has a minor in a technical discipline and / or solid experience and knowledge is demonstrated
Degrees from technical institutions will be considered in conjunction with sufficient demonstrable experience
Cloud certification preferable
Solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes, strong leadership and communication.
Ability to multitask and able to manage several projects at the same time.
