JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Payroll Analyst will perform complex procedures to support activities including payroll and benefits implementation and execution according to policies and processes.
You will use general human resources knowledge and skills to accomplish moderately complex, administrative human resources services and operations support tasks.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESEnsure the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.
Support employees regarding payroll and benefits issues and follow-up with customers on escalated questions providing accurate and detailed information on unresolved inquiries to help employees and managers understand payroll processes and procedures.
Prepare and complete payroll input to settle payroll on a timely basis each pay cycle and special pay cycle request and review pre-payroll reports.
Promote the use and implementation of tools and technologies to gain efficiency in delivering human resources solutions while supporting the use of best practices.
Adopt changes as routine and be active in interpreting and working through the uncertainties with positive communication with stakeholders, identifying issues, collaborating on solutions and planning for better practices.
You will work under general supervision and independently solve moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues while referring more complex problems to a higher-level staff.Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalentMinimum of two years of related payroll work experience
Proficiency working with Excel platform
Advanced English level B2+Other minimum qualifications may applyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor degree in Business Administration or Human ResourcesProficiency in data analytics.
Previous payroll experience with Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua.Data processing experience.
