To help us achieve this vision, we are looking for a Creative Quality Analyst with passion for movies and TV, to join the team and be responsible for streamlining our marketing and launch strategies for IMDb TV content.
We are looking for a talented, detail oriented, and enthusiastic team player to join the team who can take our service to the next level with respect to accuracy and high-standards quality;
handle multiple entertainment titles and tasks; supervising the creation and production of innovative creative marketing assets including, but not limited to : key art, trailers, digital assets, television spots, OOH, and O&O.
This person will interact with creative agencies, design team, and stakeholders to communicate the creative vision and approach to marketing for streaming content.
The ideal candidate will be able to see both business and quality perspectives, enjoy working with data and entertainment, have creative and innovative ways to guarantee content to customers and advertisers.
You will work closely with Amazon Studios and marketing stakeholders, design team, creative agencies, product team, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing launches, but also fosters a quality culture".

Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing placements to confirm quality conformance to design specifications and quality deliverables, identifying performance gaps, highlight strengths, and provide recommended corrective actions.
Ensure design processes are followed. Analyze and review assets, provide feedback, mitigate possible issues, interpret and reports results, working with different teams and partners.
Participate in the development of robust quality projects to meet performance targets and drive continuous improvement, as well in the definition of quality goals.
Assist as a design quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels according to IMDb TV goals / KPIs, and marketing & design needs.
Analyze and investigate service complaints or reported quality issues in Marketing to ensure closure in accordance with IMDb TV guidelines and Amazon Policies.
Monitor, interpret and, analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring design issues to management and product team.
Provide training and support to quality assurance team on Amazon Content policies, systems, tools, procedures, and design processes and specifications.
Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team quality standards and goals.
Be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the creative process.
