DESCRIPTION
An experienced manager who can scale a high performing team of Client Solutions Managers. As a CSM Manager, you will guide a highly talented team of individuals who look after Facebook’s top advertisers from multiple industries.
In this fast-paced environment, you will work within an account team to develop and grow deeper partnerships with clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT : Collaborate to drive the expansion of Facebook Branding and Direct Response business.
STRATEGY : Build the solution’s strategy for each vertical and support the team to cascade to all clients.
MANAGEMENT : Manage day-to-day operations, goal setting, careers, and growth of Client Solutions Manager team.
TEAM SCALING : Scale the team by capitalizing on opportunities for increased effectiveness and efficiency by driving key automation and productivity initiatives.
ADS DELIVERY : Oversee ads delivery and revenue recognition for all businesses.
BRAND & AGENCY COMMUNICATION : Work directly with top tier brands and agencies as a Facebook advertising expert.
EDUCATION : Educate clients on Facebook’s advertising processes, tools, products, and best practices.
PLAN & STRATEGY : Strategize, plan, and implement all elements of clients advertising campaigns with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION : Consistently monitor advertising campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimize and improve return on investment.
TEAM COLLABORATION : Work with local, regional, and global cross functional teams to share, establish, and improve best practices and procedures.
INNOVATION : Develop innovative and entirely new methods for planning, managing, and implementing Facebook advertising campaigns.
RESEARCH & INSIGHT : Develop research and insights that will help Facebook further develop and evolve our advertising platform and guidelines.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
Reports directly to the Country Manager Meta CR.

This is a Full Time position. Hours and schedule may vary.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience
Education . BA / BS degree required.
Independence . Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to act independently.
Flexibility & Leadership . Ability to thrive and lead a team in a constantly changing environment
Multitasking .Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail.
Collaboration. Ability to collaborate and work effectively on a team.

Languages. Advanced Spanish and English are required.
10+ years of working experience.
5+ years of management experience.
Experience inspiring action through data driven insights.
Experience managing online advertising campaigns is a plus.
Experience on CPG, Telco, E-commerce, Travel and / or Retail industry is a plus.
Experience managing data with SQL is a plus.
Strong local industry relationships, as well as experience working with top advertisers.
