TheFP&A Finance Director will be accountable for the following keyresponsibilities :
Leadthe creation, development, and management of an offshore team to effectivelysupport planning and reporting activities across NA businesses
Collaboratewith business units and corporate groups to build and implement FP&A bestpractices through technology advancements and process standardization
Identifyand lead activities to successfully transition planning and reporting functionsto the FP&A Hub
Continuouslyseek opportunities to leverage technology to drive efficiency and improve datainsight
Establishdiscipline and rigor on planning details and assumptions to improve consistencyas well as visibility on drivers and forecasting accuracy
Leador support projects to further improve system automations and capabilities forplanning, reporting and analyses
Drivedata quality and controls for central planning and reporting systems
Supportthe North America leadership team on ad hoc financial analyses
Workclosely with Global teams to align regional FP&A objectives and prioritieswith global technology initiatives
Qualifiedcandidates should have a minimum of 5 -10 years of progressive management andleadership experience in finance, CPA or relevant master degree preferred.
Further desirable experience would include :
Progressiveexperience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting,and project management.
Excellentanalytical and problem-solving skills at both the strategic and tacticallevels.
Abilityto demonstrate effective leadership in ambiguous and frequently changingsituations.
