advanced university degree preferred 3+ Years of Technical Recruitment Experience across various technical disciplines including software engineering, system architecture, data, and cloud services in a rapid growing environment 3+ Years’ experience recruiting United States Preferred Multi Country or Global Experience Preferred Experience Recruiting technical talent in cloud infrastructure, Cyber Defense, Insurance (Vantage / WMA) Knowledge and Skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in English Experience executing staffing programs in multiple businesses in which the company competes for talent.
