The Opportunity

As a Legal Compliance Program Manager at Adobe, you will be working on a wide range of exciting Compliance matters around the world as part of a hard-working, creative and collaborative team of dedicated Compliance professionals within the Legal department.

You will use your knowledge of Compliance practices in maintaining and improving existing key legal Compliance programs, as well as helping to identify and launch new programs and projects and working on other Ethics and Compliance initiatives.

  • You will need strong communication skills; expertise on data analytics to develop dashboards for and analyze dashboards key Compliance metrics;
  • the ability to concurrently work on multiple projects; strong interpersonal skills; and excellent attention to detail.

    What you’ll do

  • Assist in the management of key Compliance programs such as Third-Party screening, Conflict of Interest assessment and Gifts and Hospitality evaluation.
  • Assist with the Compliance Risk Assessment process, which delves into the business side of Adobe in reviewing key functions globally for risks that we should address.
  • Assist in designing and conducting Compliance self-assessments, to help supervise the controls established around identified risks.
  • Coordinate the Compliance metrics quarterly update process, both developing the dashboards and driving the analysis and executive summaries.
  • Provide support on other key Compliance programs and projects (e.g., writing and updating Compliance standard operating procedures for programs, or updating related policies)
  • What you need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of Program Management or Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing, coordinating, or developing Compliance programs, preferably related to Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption, in terms of evaluating and balancing risks.
  • Data analytics expertise; must be quick to learn efficient use of data analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to simultaneously prioritize multiple projects and programs.
  • Consistent track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and with multiple levels of employees, including participating in sophisticated projects with many partners from different regions and countries and at different levels within the organization.
  • A positive, problem-solving, business-focused demeanor with good judgment and ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • General working experience with MS Office Suite : Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI / Tableau and Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
