The Sr. Manager of Creative will ensure the execution of the brand vision for Smartsheet across various touch points, creating cohesive brand identity within cultural and contextually appropriate ways.

They champion a better way for customers to experience, love, and have affinity for the brand. This role will be responsible for supporting the impact, execution, quality and efficiency of the work produced by the creative studio and brand team.

The Sr. Manager of Creative will report to the VP of Creative Studio that is based in our headquarters in Bellevue, WA.

You Will :

  • Be a visible and passionate advocate for the brand, with proven experience driving and managing a consumer-centric creative approach to brand experiences.
  • Works within the model and ecosystem for creative production collaboratively with the U.S. team that results in original and quality work in keeping with the demands of the business and customer.
  • Manages an in-house team of graphic designers / video producers in the development of deliverables from concept to completion.
  • Builds, leads and reviews work of the creative team for assigned deliverables.
  • Identifies opportunities for the team’s growth, development and expansion of creative services.
  • Collaborates with the marketing and sales departments in translating marketing objectives into clear and motivating creative strategies and deliverables.
  • Partners as required, with the external agency ecosystem to drive brand consistency among agencies executing customer facing assets.
  • You Have :

  • Demonstrated success as a Manager of Creative for established brands.
  • Has a track record of building and leading creative teams, processes, and production models that deliver world class creative while being highly efficient.
  • Solid knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and the ability to create digital work that connects with audiences.
  • Intuitively gets the brand and has the ability to creatively define a set of experiences that add up to an exceptional brand expression.
  • Inspiring leader communicates passion, energy and excitement, and has high emotional intelligence to effectively manage and where necessary, build the team.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing focused on creative strategy and execution
  • Client-side or agency leadership roles managing a creative team
