What do you get to do in this position?

Lead the operational deployment of critical business practices and KPImonitoring, across both Selling and Execution phases, to achieve Solutionsbusiness performance.

Implement consistent Customer Project Governance,Processes, Tools and continuous improvement approach within a Zone / RegionalExecution Center.

Ensure effective Opportunity & Project Portfolio managementand Customer Satisfaction.

Portfolio Management

Pipeline following for services (Modernizations) OP trought ZEC

Tender Reviews

Handover to Execution Meeting

Project Closing Follow Up

NSS - SQM and Medallia

Contract Review Following (Special Terms & Conditions) in Selling Stage


Ensure Solution Opportunity Committee (SOC) set-up & practice coordination, chairing, participating in SOC

CPP Process Training

Complete S0,S1 & S2 approval in bFO & gate check-list.

Ensure Services Project Review (REL revision)

CPP Adherence / audits for Selling phase

CPP Adherence / audits for Execution phase

PREX Escalation

Lessons Learned Animation

WLOA for Services MX & CAM

DoA Updates & Maintenance


Monthly meeting with Services VP MX & CAM to review Achievements, Points of Attentions and Next Steps related to all inicitavies in CPO

Complete offer standarization

Spare Parts, On demand, training, consulting and Ecofit)

Drive SIM Meetings for services

Seguimiento margen Servicios

Tool Support & Other Assignments

SGV Adoption in Services

Continuous improvement actions (Procedures, Work Instructions, QT9)
