The Opportunity

The Global Accounting Office (CAO) Organization is responsible for Adobe’s revenue assurance and accounting operations, technical accounting, reporting of Adobe’s financial results and the payroll and equity teams.

It also leads all aspects of the global procure-to-pay operations, travel and expense, tax and supports the finance organization to drive innovation through the CAO Strategic Operations Team.

We are looking to recruit a Business Programs Manager to be a key contributor and catalyst to our organization. They will ensure that high priority projects in the broader Finance organization are executed on time and within budget while achieving the desired business objectives!

The successful candidate will be part of a diverse, multinational, globally distributed team, will learn how a fast-paced work environment operates and be in an outstanding position to network through exposure to the team’s experience and cross-functional connections with senior leadership and executives across the organization.

They collaborate in driving project and organizational change initiatives.

They will also help to build a strategy, implementing and delivering training to ensure all teams optimally accept the change and training on Adobe’s Internal systems and processes.

These improvements will contribute to adding value to business processes, system improvements and initiatives impacting cross-functional teams.

What you'll Do

  • Provide end-to-end change and project management services in line with outstanding industry standards and partner with various functions across Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Sales among other teams, to design and deliver high-quality business solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy cross-functional operational improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate and handle workstreams in large scale business ground-breaking programs.
  • Ability to understand the business strategic direction and translate it into functional and operational change and improvement plans.
  • Research market trends and industry-standard methodologies to augment functional operating models.
  • Proven record to build strong business cases for projects and work with the organization leaders on prioritization.
  • Influence growth to drive key decisions for project execution.
  • Map and re-engineer business processes to ensure that operations are streamlined. Collect business and technical requirements, build project plans, continuously oversee projects, and ensure that objectives and key critical metrics are met.
  • Drive business change management services, crafting communications such as e-mail, video, newsletters, and awareness campaigns.

  • Facilitate in-person training, proactively identify areas of resistance, and ensure all affected people are on board with the change.
  • Work within a large team and on individual tasks.
  • Work with different MS tools, PPT, Excel, Sway, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerBI and Teams as well as Workfront and various ERP tools.
  • What you need to succeed

  • Undergrad degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  • 5+ years of relevant program / project management experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to craft executive level communications.
  • Ability to develop new insights and influence business decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle multiple high-reaching priorities.
  • Great interpersonal and presentation skills. Flexible and willing to learn innovative approaches.
  • Ability to adapt and operate in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape. Ability to work independently and integrate within a team.
  • Approach work with energy and a Can do positive attitude.
  • IT literate with strong Microsoft office skills, sophisticated presentation skills a plus.
