What We Need

The Enrollments Manager is responsible for supervising the Enrollments Team to ensure Kareo is delivering top quality assistance in the most crucial revenue cycle milestone of all, for Kareo customers.

We need you to lead and support the team and your individual contributors in setting and meeting goals, while fostering a culture of teamwork, success, and fun! You will help and handle customer, clearinghouse, and payer escalations with the ability to effectively research customer complaints, establish facts, and provide solutions to issues in a timely manner.

You will also evaluate processes to ensure SLA and KPIs are met, along with providing further improvements to enhance our customer experience.

Finally you will work closely and regularly with our Clearinghouse Coordinator in supporting our partnership with our clearinghouses, quarterly business reviews, trends, challenges, and showcasing successes.

Your Area of Focus

  • Manages activities of a team including supervisors, leads and individual contributors
  • Determines and manages assignments to achieve the functional goals and objectives
  • Works on narrowly focused issues where analysis of data and situation is required
  • Works cross departmentally to assess and coordinate staff, communication, resources, and activities with the business
  • Ability to identify systemic issues and make recommendations for future improvements
  • Ability to work independently - self-starter who is self-motivated, and results driven with little direction
  • Proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work positively under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
  • Your Professional Qualifications

  • High level of technical knowledge about the Enrollments process
  • Customer-focused problem-solver with the ability to find solutions
  • Analytical thinker who can identify, communicate, and mitigate trends that might impact our customer experience
  • Superb English skills, both written and oral communication
  • Experience working in a high call / email volume environment
  • At least 3+ years’ experience managing or leading a team
  • Currently capable of travel (up to date Passport and U.S. Visa)
  • Capable of expensing department budget for activities or variety of purchases for retribution from Kareo
  • Bachelor’s Degree
