We are looking for a Business Process and Change Analyst to join our group! We are business advocates for creating a customer centric culture through transformational change and continuous process improvement within the team and across the organization.

We engage in complex, cross-functional, high-visibility system, process and integration projects, or other process improvement and / or risk mitigation projects that align with the Company’s strategic goals.

What you'll Do

This is a highly visible and influential role, driving organizational change, change management and business user testing.

This is achieved by providing hands-on team leadership, developing strong working relationships and credibility with functional and IT business partners at all levels.

You will be a coach and mentor for functional change agents and managers leading the people side of change, bringing your experience and expertise to develop and be responsible for execution of project specific change strategies, change management and training plans.

Leading successful business user acceptance testing is another strength you'll need, from pre-planning through to execution and launch.

You will have a good understanding of the end-to-end business processes to assess testing scope, identify, onboard and train testers as well as anticipate and manage risk.

During execution, you will be the conduit between business and IT, managing bug resolution and escalation, supporting users and preparing daily status reports.

You may also partner with and facilitate multi-functional project teams to analyze business processes to identify, document and drive policy, process and system improvements, defining the end state vision for new or acquired business models and leading projects to implement recommendations.

What you need to succeed

BA / BS, or equivalent practical experience, with 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Operations Change Management, Strategy, or Analytics at a top management consulting firm, SaaS organization, or financial services institution

Excellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization

Strong ability to influence and partner with key stakeholders, generating credibility and trust

Comfortable with different and challenging personalities; ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations with tact and professionalism

Proven confidence and flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail

Must be passionate about process re-engineering, process improvement, influencing teams to become customer oriented. Looks for continuous improvement, challenges the status-quo

Prosci or other change management certification a plus
