Job Description :
We are looking for Technical Recruiting Sourcers to join our Talent Acquisition s team and manage the sourcing stage of the recruiting process.
Sourcers responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines to reduce time-to-hire and ensure best professionals of the industry.
If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media and enjoy learning about different technical roles, we’d like to meet you.
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn or other job boards)
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search)
Craft and send recruiting emails
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs and to reduce time-to-hire
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Technology knowledge and ability to keep abreast of technology trends of the industry.
At least 4 years of proven experience sourcing and hiring different types of IT requirements such as : Cloud, Cyber Security, Java, .
Net, Oracle, SAP, Embedded, Linux, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, and XML, etc.
Proven experience sourcing and calling candidates and performing phone screenings for open IT positions.
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
Solid verbal and written communication skills in english and spanish
Effective time-management abilities
Maintain mandatory candidates reports
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or relevant field
