We are looking for a Creative Cloud Success Leader to join our Digital Media Mid-Market Team. You will lead a group of Product Success Managers and work directly with our customers to build strong partnerships, deliver product presentations close, renew and grow sales, drive adoption of our Creative Cloud, and help customers realize tremendous value from their investment.

Product Expertise

Maintain deep product knowledge and customer standards across our Document Cloud and Sign platforms for yourself and your team.

Create and deliver product value presentations to customer product users and executives.

Align with internal leaders in sales, solutions consultants, and product marketing to guide customer through successful purchase and launch.

Adoption & Value

Drive your team’s accountability for overall customer success with Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Stock & 3D platform including activation, engagement, adoption, expansion, health score and renewal across a region.

Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve customer and product experience.

Identify key customers at risk of deployment and create get-well plans.

Expansion & Renewal

Lead networking in territory with key stakeholders to successfully support and implement the customer's strategy and drive expansion.

Use data insights to drive scale and strategy

Present in 1 : 1 and 1 : many events that drive expansion of customer footprint and cross-sell other Adobe solutions.

Lead a team to meet Creative Cloud, Stock & 3D pipeline generation goals through active customer touches and lifecycle support


Hire, empower, mentor, and provide coaching and training to increase efficacy of employee skills

Collaborate with Sales, On-Boarding, Support, Operations, and Product marketing teams to drive financial contributions and seamless customer experience

Ability to provide critical feedback to Senior Leaders to support growth within the organization.

Track and manage pipeline generation contributions.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Experience & Skills

3 + years relevant work experience in customer success or sales with preference for experience in the technology industry.

1+ year leading a team.

Strong history of successfully navigating customer challenges to resolution.

Previous experience working as a trusted advisor to drive business value and expansion opportunities.

Proven experience as a self-motivated, collaborative, and responsible professional who is passionate about exceeding client expectations.

Strong history of quota or customer success metric achievement.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
