Act as a liaison between the Science team and internal customers / stakeholders
Build and maintain an end to end operations engagement program
Analyze and extract relevant information from feedback data to create documentation used by the science team.
Work closely with data scientist and software engineering teams to drive real-time model experiments, implementations and new feature creations
Work with Sr. Science PM to deliver the product and features on the team's roadmap.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
3+ Years of Program Manager Experience
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Proven track record of earning trust with global stakeholders with disparate working styles
Ability to effectively communicate with both non-technical and technical stakeholders.
Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to manage competing priorities and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
