El propósito principal del puesto es : Investigar, identificar y negociar las mejores opciones de proveedores locales e internacionales de compra de bienes, con base en políticas, procedimientos y sistemas de gestión de la organización, así como leyes vigentes, con el fin de suplir los requerimientos de los clientes internos, garantizando un óptimo servicio en términos de calidad, tiempo, desempeño y precio;

para satisfacer las necesidades y requerimientos establecidos por las operaciones.
