YOUR OPPORTUNITYHelp establish and lead the Global Performance Management Center of Excellence within BES, responsible for executing world class analysis to and communicating business performance to senior stakeholders.

This role requires strong Financial and Business Analysis skills and an understanding of key performance drivers, both a financial and commercial perspective.
You must have the ability to distil complex data into clear communications for Senior Stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team and Board.
RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Lead BES Performance Management Team in executing financial analysis frameworks, reports, and processes to uncover underlying business performance and drivers.
Coordinate and supervise development of executive-level reports, papers and presentations communicating current performance, forecast and key business performance insights.
Development of P&L and Cash Forecast for the organization.
Manage resource-allocation, timelines, requests, and demands of the function.
Support annual dynamic planning process for the organization.
Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an accounting consulting firm is preferred.
